Cohor was a Jaredite, one of the sons of Corihor and a brother of Noah (Ether 7:14). His brother Noah rebelled against Shule the king, who was Corihor’s brother and so Cohor’s uncle, and against their own father Corihor; in the revolt Noah drew away Cohor and the rest of his brothers along with many of the people (Ether 7:15). Among the unrepentant in the final Jaredite destruction the record names “the fair sons and daughters of Cohor” (Ether 13:17).
