셀렘

Shelem is the mount, traditionally placed in Mesopotamia, where the brother of Jared2 made sixteen small stones from molten rock. The Jaredites named it Shelem because of its great height. The stones were white and clear, like transparent glass. The brother of Jared2 carried them to the top of the mount and asked the Lord to touch them so they would shine and give light in the vessels as the people crossed the sea (Ether 3:1, 3:4).
