Ani-Anti was a Lamanite village in the land of Nephi, named once in the account of the Nephite mission to the Lamanites (Alma 21:11). Aaron, brother of Ammon, reached it after preaching at the city of Jerusalem, a city built by the Lamanites, Amalekites, and the people of Amulon, where the Amalekites mocked his words and would not hear him (Alma 21:1-2).
At Ani-Anti, Aaron found Muloki, Ammah, and his brethren already preaching, contending with many about the word (Alma 21:11-12). When they saw that the people would harden their hearts, they left and went over into the land of Middoni, where Aaron and several of his brethren were taken and cast into prison (Alma 21:13-14).
